 Corporate orderThe Management Board of the Company Business Consulting DGA S.A. kindly announces the statement of the Management Board of the Company of 18 May 2007 concerning the adherence to the corporate order compliant with the document entitled: “Good Practice in public companies 2005”. Moreover, the Management Board informs that, in compliance with the recommendation of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange of 23 February 2005, on 25 June 2007, the Supervisory Board of the Company decided to adopt the abovementioned principles of corporate order to be applied in the Company and, consequently, on 14 June 2007, the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company adopted the resolution on the acceptance of the enclosed statement of the Management Board of the Company. |
